Conlin<\/p>\t\t\n<h2>\n\t\tVenue Rental Details:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Reserve the caf\u00e9 for $100 per hour<\/li>\n<li>Save $25 on each 3-hour reservation block<\/li>\n<li>A \u00bd down deposit is required 2 weeks prior to your event<\/li>\n<li>A minimum 1-month advance notice is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p><strong>Cancellation policy:<\/strong> You will receive a full refund if your event is cancelled within 1 full week of your event date.
